Some people have sleep disturbance conditions that arise from medical causes or substance abuse. During your assessment, I’ll ask simple questions that will determine our best approach.

Alcohol, overwork, caffeine, sugar, and nicotine are barriers to sleep because they won’t let your inner mind ‘turn off.’ We will work together to dismantle those barriers.
