Not at all. While dietary advice may be offered if needed, your weight reduction hypnosis is not a by-the-numbers experience. You’ll continue to eat what you like, just less, or less often. From your interview and our talks, personalized hypnotic strategies will be formulated to help you learn how to have a healthy and moderate relationship to food. All hypnosis work I do is tailored specifically to each client’s needs.
